Hey Aaron,
Where exactly in Central Valey are you located? And why did you decide to abandon your blog? I was interested to get some knowledge in CA real estate market because me and my wife are looking for some investment properties and were considering Texas as you can see from my blog but we are looking for something with higher appreciation.
